C Ride

Distance

The C ride leaves Dynamic Rides at 9.30am (please be there at 9:15 for route/rider/safety briefing) and we have a wide variety of routes, normally between 40-50 miles. It is our largest group of riders so is divided into 3 subgroups, the C+, the C= and the C- with average speeds ranging between 15-18mph.  We ride in groups of 6 to 8.

We do have a "no drop" policy and we normally stop for a quick nutrition refuel along the way. Near the end of the ride there is often a sprint back to DR for coffee and snacks.
