Winter Talks

DRCC provides a talks programme each winter for the benefit of members. A varied selection of informative topics such as:

  • Hill climbs

  • Nutrition

  • Sleep

  • Ironman

  • Yoga

  • Cyclocross

  • Essential First Aid

  • Bike maintenance

  • Strength & conditioning

are delivered once or twice a month during the dark, damp and cold months of November to March. These are usually hosted at the DR HQ where refreshments are available from the cafe.
