Winter Talks
DRCC provides a talks programme each winter for the benefit of members. A varied selection of informative topics such as:
- Hill climbs 
- Nutrition 
- Sleep 
- Ironman 
- Yoga 
- Cyclocross 
- Essential First Aid 
- Bike maintenance 
- Strength & conditioning 
are delivered once or twice a month during the dark, damp and cold months of November to March.
